Mark Goldberg
Mark Goldberg boasts an extensive 38-year tenure within the international real estate sphere, showcasing expertise in acquisitions/dispositions, debt and equity financing, leasing, and asset management across diverse asset classes spanning Europe and North America.
Before joining Property Support Services, Mark held Vice President-level positions with esteemed Canadian private real estate investment entities. During this time, he played a pivotal role in the acquisition of numerous premier destination resorts and hotels in Canada, alongside orchestrating transactions exceeding $800 million in commercial assets within the past 5 years alone.
Presently, as the driving force behind Property Support Services, Mark oversees a diverse portfolio encompassing office, retail, and parking properties situated in downtown Toronto. Additionally, his stewardship extends to hotels and resorts nestled in Muskoka, Simcoe & Grey County, Cleveland, and across the United States. Noteworthy assets under his purview include the Village of Blue Mountain and a retail portfolio in the King St. West node.

George Chambers, CCIM
For over 25 years George has delivered real estate services from multiple perspectives; investor, owner, tenant, brokerage and outsource service provider specializing in asset and property management, occupier solutions, and client account management.
For a dozen years as senior vice president at Colliers International George built and led a third-party management business ranking #1 in its sector class, with assets under management of more than 13 million square feet with a portfolio value of $1.2 billion. He has worked with national and regional clients including Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart, Credit Suisse, Standard Life Investments, ING Realty, Central Mortgage and Housing, Skyline Investments, Fortress Investments and ProLogis to name a few. For a decade at Marathon Realty, the real estate arm of Canadian Pacific Limited, George was Regional Director of Property Management responsible for operations of the company’s Vancouver multi-building portfolio. His team received industry recognition winning multiple awards for operations and service excellence. George has created service partnerships with dozens of Fortune 500 corporations, facilitated dozens of acquisition and disposition transactions, and executed numerous multi-million dollar capital projects.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) he is qualified in the evaluation and analysis of real estate investments. He has completed property management certification programs with both the Real Estate Institute of Canada and the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
George’s real estate expertise is unique in that he is equally adept at leading teams, strategic planning, ‘hands on’ execution, and delivering results for his clients.

Peter D. Morris, CRX, SCLS, SCSM, SCMD
Peter is a recognized real estate expert holding multiple advanced accreditations in the fields of executive management, real estate leasing, management and marketing. He has 35 years experience and has worked with brand name institutional owners Cadillac Fairview, Marathon Realty, Brookfield and with Colliers International across North America. He is an industry consultant, trainer, speaker and author bringing global best practices in property services from having worked in eight countries. His innovative, cost effective management and operational solutions have garnered multiple international awards.
His expansive knowledge spans all types of commercial real estate from retail to office to mixed-use, multi-family and industrial. He is unique in as much as his skills also span almost every function in commercial real estate including acquisitions, development, leasing, management, property services, marketing, repositioning, remerchandising & repositioning and disposition.
